Digital Harbour

Digital Harbour is an inner urban community within Melbourne Docklands; a mixed use neighbourhood linked by a series of green landscaped recreation spaces with overlays of high speed communications infrastructure and exemplar buildings that epitomise Australian and World Best Practice Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD).

On the edge of the CBD with a La Trobe Street frontage, directly adjacent to Etihad Stadium and the harbour waterfront, Digital Harbour currently boasts four completed commercial buildings servicing large corporations (including NBN Co, Australian Customs Services, Bureau of Meteorology and VicTrack) through to SME’s.  The fourth building, the new Melbourne Water Headquarters at 990 La Trobe Street was completed May 2012.

There are a further eight designated development sites that make up this expanding community with building envelopes to accommodate commercial and residential tenancies that range from around 10,000m² to more than 50,000m² gross building area.
